Above & Beyond News from The Common Source | May 2010
13 Years Strong. It was 13 years ago this month that Ann Zdansky founded The Common Source, LP (TCS). With a background in technology consulting and experience with massive document production, Ann was determined to find a more efficient way to provide a secure online data repository system to manage complex litigation matters. Her determination and innovation paid off. Ann’s online repository system allows outside counsel remote access to a central database, images and transcripts. This process saves the client millions of dollars in document production, review and management costs. TCS believes in providing its clients with the highest quality available in everything they do: scanning and coding (since August 2000), electronic discovery – EDD (since September 2003), ISO 9001:2008 (certified October 2005), contract attorneys for document review (since November 2007). With such dedication to perfection and precision, it’s no wonder that Ann’s idea blossomed into the successful business it is today. Thank you for your support for the past 13 years. 3 Generations: The Common Thread With grandmother, mom and daughter all working under one roof, The Common Source prides itself in being family-oriented — literally. Such a connection fosters a friendly environment where each team member takes great pride in their work. In addition, TCS has another common thread — women. As a member of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, The Common Source is one of a select group of businesses around the country dedicated to helping advance the success of women’s enterprises. From Lois to Ann to Shannon, the influential women of TCS strive to give back to community. By feeding the homeless at Houston’s Super Feast to supporting the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and many more, The Common Source has a tradition of giving. In fact, as Shannon’s daughter Jessica begins to consider her own career paths, the influential women of TCS teach her not only the importance of strong work ethic and accuracy, but the value of serving others. Because who knows — Jessica herself just might be the next addition to the family of hard-working perfectionists at The Common Source. Upcoming Event.
