We conduct subjective coding to capture the fields you require. Prior to beginning the project, we will discuss with you the requirements and expectations of the project and develop a coding guideline manual.
The fields coded will be customized with "your team" in mind to ensure the database provides the correct type of information that you will need to search.
Quality Control
After the documents have been coded, a second individual checks each document for accuracy. Programmatic tests are conducted against the entire collection to ensure consistency and normalization among the documents.
