The Common Source Incorporated can conduct subjective coding, capturing the fields that you require. Prior to beginning the project we will discuss with you the requirements and expectations of the project and develop a coding guideline manual.
The fields coded will be developed with "you" in mind -- making sure that the database provides the correct type of information that you need to search.
Quality Control: After the documents have been coded, every document is checked for accuracy by a second individual. Programmatic tests are conducted against the entire collection to insure consistency and normalization among the documents.
